Simple, effective at-home exercises. We should also eat a diet balanced with all the necessary nutrients, as well. That makes it important to eat high-protein foods, since our bodies need protein in order to build muscles and make repairs. These are found in foods such as chicken, fish,eggs, beans and nuts.
